DELIVERY & PICKUP

General order must be placed (with payment done) 5-7 DAYS in advance while three weeks to one month for bigger project.

For Helium Balloons Delivery - with a flat fee

  • Collect from Delivery Van at your location

  • We deliver to most areas in Hong Kong​, extra charge may apply for remoted locations

**NOTE: ​Please fully inspect the balloon upon receiving. In the rare event that an order from us has become damaged or deflated in transit, then please contact this number +852 6140 9845 and send us a picture of your product(s) within 15 mins of its arrival and our team will do all we can to rectify ASAP. 

Setup Service

Please get quotation from us! Installation fees are based on required setup time, complexity of the project as well as location

Return & Exchange

  • Strictly no refund/exchange once the parcels/balloons are handed over in good condition upon delivery.
     

  • We are not responsible for anything nor are we able to issue discounts or refunds if an image of the faulty item isn't provided within 15 mins of arrival. Thank you for your understanding.

                            Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Once your order has been confirmed with full payment, we are unable to change the design, issue discounts or refunds. That being said, we understand the unexpected happens.

  • Rescheduling must be made 5 days prior to the original booking date. Your order can only be rescheduled one-time and must occur within a 1-month period.

If you are unable to reschedule a new booking date (One month from the original booking date), we accept cancellations:

  • Cancellations 5 days prior to your event will be given a 90% credit of the order value which can be redeemed within 6 months from the original booking date; An additional 10% fee will be incurred for the subsequent period of 6-month.

  • Issued credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-returnable and has to be used within a year.

  • Cancellations less than 5 days will result in no credit or rescheduling.

  • If you wish to change the original design of your order, price differences may occur.

Special arrangements in bad weather for Installation service/Delivery/Self-collect order:

When Typhoon No. 8 or above is hoisted or Black rainstorm warning is issued before 6:30am on the day of event, all decor service will be cancelled, clients will be notified further arrangement or rescheduling, which has to be occurred within one month (start from the original booking date). There will be no refund for a rescheduled date later than one month (start from the original booking date).
