By accessing or booking any services through this website or our social media channels, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

 

Balloon Delivery:

Please fully inspect the balloon upon receiving. In the rare event that an order from us has become damaged or deflated in transit, then please send us a picture of your product(s) within 30mins of its arrival and our team will do all we can to rectify ASAP.

We are not responsible for anything nor are we able to issue discounts or refunds if an image of the faulty item isn't provided within 30mins of arrival.

 

Venue:

The client must ensure proper permissions and access to the venue for setup. It is the client’s sole responsibility to confirm the venue's safety and they allow; Heavy duty stands, helium tanks, helium balloons, tall structures, wall hangings, etc. Our company does not bear any responsibility with respect to any damages or loss for products which are not provided by us. Any damage to decoration after setup (by guests or external factors) is not our responsibility.

 

Content use and promotion:

Photos or videos of our work may be taken for promotional use and advertising purposes on our website, portfolio, social media, brochure, etc. If you do not wish to have your event setup featured, please inform us in writing in advance before arranging payment.

 

Disclaimer:

We use professional equipment and material as intended for its particular purpose within all designs.

To limit your risk of damage we recommend that all decor and items remain in the position and location they are ordered for, installed in or placed in.

Please do not use or place any decor designed for indoor use outdoors or outside of covered 4-wall framed structures. Similarly, do not use any decor designed for outdoor use indoors.
